Philipp (Johann) Rüttimann (* 1680 von Steinhausen; † 4. Februar 1731 in Muri)
Lebensbeschreibung
Br. Philipp legte 1710 im Kloster Muri Profess ab.
Er war eine Zeit lang in Klingenberg als Hausdiener tätig und vertrat sogar die Stelle des Lehrers. In Muri war er ca. zehn Jahre lang Sakristan. Als Bruder sei er ein Beispiel der Demut und des Gehorsams gewesen. «Verus monachus» nennt ihn P. Leodegar Mayer.
Er starb 1731.[1]
